Using this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you engage Velra for services, the separate Terms of Business and your Proposal govern that engagement.

You may use the site for lawful information, evaluation and enquiry purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, administration area, infrastructure or data.
• Introduce malware, overload the service, evade security controls or interfere with another visitor’s use.
• Scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the site except where law permits it or Velra agrees in writing.
• Submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material.
• Use the site or Velra’s identity to impersonate, misrepresent endorsement or conduct fraud.

Unless otherwise stated, Velra or its licensors own the site’s design, copy, code, photography, graphics, case studies and other content. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary business evaluation. No other licence is granted. Client names, marks and project materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We take reasonable care with published information, but website content is general information and is not legal, financial or professional advice. Project outcomes, scope and suitability depend on the circumstances and are confirmed only in a written Proposal.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; Velra does not control or endorse their content merely by linking to them.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, Velra is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, or a third-party website. These limitations do not replace or reduce any rights and remedies contained in a separate client agreement.
