Essential technologies operate because they are needed to provide the site, protect forms, support authorised administration or remember your privacy choice. Optional analytics and marketing technologies load only after you select “Accept” or enable the relevant category in Preferences.

You can reopen the preference centre at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not make previous processing unlawful, but it prevents new optional scripts from loading on later page loads. You can also clear stored cookies through your browser.

An older preference cookie from a previous version of this site may be read once to migrate an existing valid choice. It is not used for tracking.

If enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visits and understand how pages and conversion journeys are used. These commonly persist for up to two years, subject to Google’s configuration and policies. Velra configures IP anonymisation where supported and does not send enquiry names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message content in analytics events.

No advertising or marketing-cookie provider is currently configured. If that changes, this notice and the preference centre will be updated before those tools are enabled.

We review this notice when providers or configurations change. Cookie durations can also be changed by providers or browser behaviour.
